Fox Rent A Car Reviews

I've used Fox three times in the past three months. I booked through 'wisecars.com,' which has been way cheaper than going straight to them, so I get that there might be a hiccup or two when using a third-party service. The last couple of times, the price I got from Wisecar didn’t match what Fox charged me. It was only about a $6-7 difference, and I didn’t want to fuss over it. The customer service rep at Fox suggested I contact Wisecar about it. For my most recent rental, I planned to pick up at 9:30 am but got there at 9:40 am. They checked me in quickly and offered me an 'upgrade.' Turns out, the upgrade was because they had no clean cars available. They took about 25 minutes to wash my vehicle, and honestly, it wasn’t the best job. On the bright side, returning the car took just 15 seconds, and the shuttle driver was fantastic both to and from the airport. I’ll definitely rent again since I’m saving around 30-40% compared to regular prices. Just a heads up, if you go with Fox, be ready to wait a bit.
